MILO Junior Rugby Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are between the ages of 5 to 12 years who register to play Junior Rugby at an Auckland Rugby Club (“Eligible Entrant”).

3. The promotion commences at 8 am on Thursday 25 February 2010 & closes at 6 pm on Monday 29th March 2010 (“Promotion Period”).

4. Entry to the prize draw is automatic once the Eligible Entrant registers at their local ARU Rugby Club.

5. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered in the prize draw.

6. All players who register and provide their e-mail address will have a second entry into the competition added to the prize draw.

7. The following prizes will be awarded:
a. 2 x Blue Jersey valued at $170 Recommended Retail Price (“RRP”);
b. 6 x MILO Sports Pack valued at $75 RRP and containing a MILO branded bag, a MILO branded T-Shirt & Cap, a tin of 900gm MILO powder and a 580gm box of MILO Cereal; and
c. 3 x Family Pass (2 Adults & 2 kids up to 15 years) valued at $100 RRP.

8. The prize draw will be conducted on Tuesday 30 March 2010 at the offices of Auckland Rugby. The first 2 valid entries drawn will each win a Blue Jersey, the next 3 valid entries drawn will each win a Family Pass and the next 6 valid entries drawn will each win a MILO Sports Pack.

9. All winners will be notified by phone. The names and towns of each winner will appear at www.aucklandrugby.co.nz

10. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.

11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. Prizes will only be delivered in New Zealand and each winner should allow 28 days from the prize draw for delivery of their prize.
