Auckland Club Rugby is gearing up for another thrilling year of competition in 2010 as a number of clubs across the city commence pre-season training this week.

After an indulgent Christmas break, players will be dusting their boots off and hitting the training paddocks for a gruelling pre-season schedule ahead of the Waka Nathan pre-season competition starting on March 6.

A number of clubs have listed pre-season training information as well as a number of coaching vacancies for the 2010 season on the club noticeboard.
