Please see clarifications on all Junior Grade rules as well as clothing and foul play:

Compression Gear:

• Full-length arm compressions may be worn.
• Cotton blend long tights or leggings, with single inside leg seam can be worn under shorts and socks.

Foul Play:

Players who commit an offence the Associate Referee believes to be a YELLOW Card offence will:

• Be replaced by another player immediately
• Can return after 10min

Players who commit an offence the Associate Referee believes to be a RED Card offence will:

• Be replaced by another player immediately
• Cannot return back on the field at any stage.

Teams will always have the same amount of players on at any given time.
