Auckland Rugby partner Slingshot has launched an exciting offer for clubs and their communities in 2017.

The third largest broadband company in New Zealand, Slingshot is offering a free internet connection to Auckland clubs and a payback scheme for any club members or supporters who sign up to Slingshot.

The offer sees supporters get a free month of broadband when they join Slingshot, while their nominated club will receive $50 for every sign up.

Auckland Rugby Club Capability Manager Barry George said it is a fantastic initiative for the rugby community.

“It’s great to work alongside one of our valued partners to offer something so meaningful to our clubs,” said George.

“Not only can they have their own free internet connection through Slingshot, they stand to raise some funds if they promote the deal within their community.”

“We are stoked to be able to offer something that helps clubs out, we know fundraising is always tough, so if we can make it easy, and hook up clubs with broadband, then that’s a win-win for us.” Slingshot representative Luke Meurant said.
